With an hour's notice, your boat or wave runner will be placed at our Private Courtesy Dock and you'll be on your way. Use the Courtesy Dock as a daily Port of Call for your boat and your guests. Make the most of your time on the lake and at the end of the day we'll put the boat back in your safe and convenient High & Dry Berth.

We Handle Your Boat with Care

The High & Dry System can handle a boat length of 28 ft. with a weight of 7,000 lbs. Most types of boats are accepted into the High & Dry system including: V-hulls; Tri-hulls; Bow Riders; Run Abouts; Deck Boats and Party Boats. Some types of Pontoon Boats may be excluded. Your boat is insured during deployment & retrieval.

Ownership of a Sunset Cove High & Dry Berth is available for the low price of $10,000* and the Valet Service** is only $700 per year. This is a real value when compared to the cost of a wet slip on Table Rock Lake, which can be 2 1/2 times as much. A Wave Runner storage and valet lease program is also available.
