CABLE TV
Sunset Cove Cable TV Service is independently owned and operated by Cox Communications. Rates are included in monthy fees as listed above and includes a basic entertainment package of 54 channels. Premium channels, digital cable and high speed internet access are available for an additional charge.

WATER/SEWER:
The Water and Sewer System is owned by the Sunset Cove COA. The COA voted to purchase the water/sewer system from the Developer in 1998 in order to maintain a private ownership status, thereby controlling cost and avoiding separate higher monthly fees for water & sewer provided by a state regulated utility. All property owners were assessed a one time assessment of $1,100.00 for the purchase of the system in 1998. The COA passed a resolution which requires all new property sold by the Developer to be assessed the $1,100.00 which will be collected at the time of closing. The water and sewer services are included in the monthly maintenance fee. The Sunset Cove water/sewer is a private system, licensed by the state, operated by a State Approved Operator, monitored daily, tested and reported monthly.

RENTALS:
The Sunset Cove Declarations DO NOT allow for nightly, weekly or monthly rentals.

PET OWNERS:
COA members must request a Pet Waiver. Leash law applies at all times. No outside pens are allowed.
